Customer Service Representative
This position's primary focus is to provide remarkable customer experiences with the intention of increasing satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Halo's Order and Customer Service teams go above and beyond throughout the entire order process. This position is 70% order processing and 30% phone interaction with patients, nurses, providers and sales reps.
Working from our corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI, Customer Service teams are empowered to use creativity and common sense to deliver friendly and timely solutions for providers and their patients.

Clinical Nurse Sales Specialist - Wisconsin

We are looking for results driven Clinical Sales Representatives with experience in the long-term care market and the ability to cultivate genuine customer connections.
Warehouse
Halo Wound Solutions is a national distributor for wound care supplies ordered by healthcare providers and delivered to patients at home and in long-term care communities. Our corporate office and warehouse is located in Menomonee Falls, WI where we are frequently looking for motivated candidates to join our team.
With over 1,100 products in the warehouse, this position requires attention to details to ensure the correct products are selected and shipped.
